Description: This program is open to everyone begins with the singing together of uplifting, spiritual songs leading into a short silent meditation. The meditation will be followed by the presentation.

Presenter for this month's program: Kirana Perkins
Karin (Kirana) Perkins feels lucky, and sometimes a little scattered, as her interests are wide, and she's often juggling several creative projects at once. A poet and author, Karin also enjoys painting colorful expressive art. After partnering with her husband, Anandam (and with his encouragement), she picked up her guitar and started singing. It wasn’t long before she was writing songs. Her creative work is meant to uplift, to open the heart and bring joy and connection. She believes we are all meant to sing and dance and express our joy in all the ways that buoy us.
We are excited to share this program with you, where we are using deeply devotional songs to guide us into a heartfelt experience of meditation and connection with the divine.
This is a new collection of songs written or arranged by Kirana.
The experience runs for about 50 minutes.
The songs are for listening, not to sing along. This is a silent meditation.
After each song there will be 5 minutes of quiet for silence and deepening.
The experience will be enhanced by using headphones or speakers.
Participants can sit in meditation posture or lay down while the program is running. It will be best for everyone to set themselves up before the program starts.
