Class description: Quarterly acharya continuing education class on topics relevant to the role and duties of acharyas and tattvikas.
Attendance at this program is mandatory for North American acaryas and recommended for Finnish acaryas and tattvikas and for all other Ananda Seva acaryas. The theme of this class will be Sahaja Yoga presented by Ac. Ravi. In this class, we will cover topics such as the following:
• what are the purposes of the respective six lessons?
• in what way does each lesson act to create spiritual elevation?
• what is the origin of the respective six lessons?
• where to the mantras we use come from?
• what is a siddha mantra and how is it created?
• why were different systems of meditation given by Baba?
• are there meditation systems in other traditions that are similar to Sahaja?
• what is the purpose of each of the shuddhis?
• what is the meaning of the word “sahaja”?
• how is 4 th lesson pranayama similar or different from other pranayama
practices?
