Research Papers
As the field of Yoga Therapy continues to grow, there are more opportunities for research development into the use of Yoga as a therapeutic intervention. Organizations, such as IAYT (international association of yoga therapists) and YREF (yoga therapy research and education foundation) have been developed to promote the research into the field of Yoga Therapy.
In the Ananda Seva Yoga Therapy Training, we ask our students to conduct their own Yoga Therapy Research Project. Students gather their information from a multitude of sources, including the IAYT and other relevant yoga-related organizations. In this database, our students are offering the fruit of their research for the benefit of others. Below you will find research papers on a variety of topics within the field of Yoga Therapy.
