Ananda Seva Fall Mount Shasta Retreat

Come celebrate community and spirit for three days near Mount Shasta!

We have rented a beautiful, secluded home. The Three Vistas House has a stunning view of Mount Shasta and Castle Crags and overlooks the Sacramento River. There are hiking trails that are accessible from the site. The retreat will include group meditation, meals and hikes, a few programs and plenty of time for self-discovery and play. On one of the days, we will travel together as a group to Mount Shasta, about a half hour drive, for a group hike and meditation. The retreat will begin on the evening of Friday, October 7, and end on the morning of Monday, October 10.

If you are new to meditation and in need of a meditation practice, please let us know and one of our meditation instructors can help you. We do not charge for teaching meditation practices as we feel it is the birthright of every person to have full opportunity to know the Self.

Location, Accommodations and Meals

This retreat will be held at the beautiful ' Three Vistas' chalet, near Dunsmuir, about 30 miles from Mount Shasta.

Delicious vegetarian meals will be provided three times per day.

**All Meals will be Sattvic Vegetarian, meaning NO: meat, eggs, onion, garlic or mushrooms
