MICROVITA AND PRANENDRIYA
February 26, 1995
Q: Is the Anahata cakra the best place to work with the pranic waves of the Pranendriya or is there another? Can you give any direction in helping to bring the other waves of the body, such as those within the cerebra-spinal fluid and the nervous system into harmony with the Pranendriya?
The Pranendriya governs all systems. From the prana comes the cruder waves performing the functions of fluids and neurons. But before these physical waves are manifested, there are the subtle waves, the psychic waves. When these become crudified, they become physical, forming the different physiological systems within the body. So first, they are subtle, then through the influence of Prakrti, they become more crude. Now, the Pranendriya emanates from the spiritual heart, not physical heart, not Anahata cakra per say, though it corresponds to it. The prana flows through the whole body. When it is first crudified, it is lymph. The lymphatic system is linked to the pranic flow as is the nervous system and the body fluids. So when prana is weak, lymph is weak, mind is sluggish, body's health becomes ill and a dullness overcomes the person. Now to work directly on the controlling point for Pranendriya, it is best to work in the spiritual heart, not the physical body. Though these waves will emanate in every portion of the physical structure there are controlling mechanism in the subtle body, in the area of the thymus. So this life force center may be directly impacted if the practitioner is very subtle, but it may be indirectly impacted through the cruder flows. If they are harmonized and balanced prana will also get cleared and balance will come to the Pranendriya. If the Pranendriya becomes severely imbalanced, it will cause death. There must be coordination in the pranic flows throughout psycho-physical system. If they are weakened, ill health will be the result and mental imbalance. If all of the physical flows are aligned, the psychic flows also will get aligned and the pranic flow likewise will become harmonious so that they may grow in strength. If there is a coordinated enhancement of the nervous system and if the cerebral spinal fluid is balanced, this will enable the strengthening of the pranic force and this in turn will strengthen the mind of the individual and their spiritual force will grow. If the spiritual force is excessive, but the pranic forces are weak and the physical body is depleted then the mind will also get affected, but in somewhat different way. Longing for the Supreme will be strong, the spiritual vibration will be there, but there will be weakness in other areas. When this is the case, the physical flow should be strengthened with concrete practices and remedies. Such people are best suited for microvita remedies. They will benefit, as the mind and body will awaken to support the spiritual ideation with physical strength and pranic force.
Now, the energies of the Pranendriya may be subtly manipulated so that all pranic flows are harmonized and a subtle balance achieved. If this is done you will notice the cerebral fluid and nervous system will be very nicely aligned. But the very subtle touch is required. You will learn it. Remember, it is love which heals. Now as for the coordination of the systems, you learn to balance this pranic flow and other systems will get balanced automatically. It may be felt throughout the body once you are accustomed to it. But its central regulation is in the chest region. If the cerebro- spinal fluids and other systems are balanced there will be an automatic regulation and enhancement of pranic energies. Remember, prana is the food of the body and the mind. Without it, there cannot be life. When it is strong, life flourishes. When it is weak or irregular disease and physico-psychic diminishment occur. There is an endless source of prana, but it must be properly opened and attached. I think this is enough for now.
