2.5.3 expression of language
Q: If the sounds used in language are imitations of the tonal
matrix of the expressed universe, does this tend to create a sort
of universality of language amongst races of sentient beings in
the universe? If so, will human languages tend to evolve toward
such a more universal form?
This is a very good question. In fact there is a universal language. The potentiality of language varies among different humanoid species, and not all have the same potential. The humanoid body has adapted in different environments. Not all intelligent and humanoid life forms have the same language potentialities. Despite this, there is a universal language because, though the vocal chords may be developed in different ways, or not developed at all (there are those human beings who have no vocal chords and who communicate strictly by thought transference, so you cannot assume that for all human beings the same language capacity exists), the different human races share a common language because the fundamental basis of their humanity remains the same. Though their physiology may be different, their fundamental humanity remains the same.
The full capacity of the mind is present in a developed human being. Self-awareness or self-reflection is there, and the potential of the development of higher kosas or layers of the mind is there. So you cannot say that they are different. Though they have different physiologies, and different potentialities of those physiologies, their fundamental humanity and the defining factors of their humanity remains the same.
That is why among developed races who have come into a communion with each other, there is a universal language. There is not a universal form of expression. Some express verbally in tonal sounds much similar to our own. Some express in languages made by clicking and toning or other types of sounds that are very different. Some express not at all in the auditory realm; their expressions are psychic. So expression varies, but universal language is there.
This universal language is formed upon the tonal vibrations and has come as a method of communication between different species or intelligent life forms. It may be translated into different types of expressions, but it is based on sequential patterns that have commonalty to all developed life forms. All humanoid life may understand this language because all humanoid life has vrttis. They may vary in number, they may be differentially placed, but the tonal waves of the universe are in place. They are understood by certain races and not by others, but all, understand them or not, are affected. The tonal sequences of the universe comprise a kind of wave or vibratory frequency from which there is patterning of particles and configurations in the manifest universe.
Those having humanoid form have self-awareness, self-reflection and developed kos'as. They have the full potentiality to merge themselves into the Cosmic Mind. This is the very definition of a human being. Though they may vary in shape and size, and they may have different numbers of vrttis expressed in different ways (because they are adapted to time and place, it is individualized), still the capacities of a fully developed mind are universal. They are a part of the process of evolution. In order for a living being to have the potentiality to merge again into the Cosmic Mind they must have certain development, and that development is comprised of the full development of all layers of mind. Once that is in place, the developing species may be called human.
Now, the language of this place will also become more universal
in time. You see, the minds of human beings will grow more closely
associated. Psychic capacity will be opening in this species,
so mental communications will grow. The development of similarity
between the different human beings will increase and, with this,
vocal language will also come to a more universal form.
