2.5.2 evolution of language, 2.4.5 extraterrestrial

Q: You have said that the most ancient language is the one propagated by the ancient race that inhabited South India for several thousand years a million or so years ago and that they genetically manipulated the human population which they were in contact with. How and for what reason was the genetic manipulation done?
These people had interest in the development of genes; their specialty was genetic manipulation. (It was not their first visit to this planet.) It was their influence which facilitated development of the Homo sapiens. This is not the only place they developed such intervention. Their motives were neither benevolent nor malicious. They were simply students of life, attempting to enhance their knowledge of life and of the process of evolution. Their influence is gone and has not been since that time, but they facilitated the evolutionary development upon this planet at a certain stage. You see, the genetics of human beings cannot be solely traced to those of the animal kingdom, for there has been alteration and addition to the gene pool from this outside source. And so there has been the development of the human race at present level. But this race is still young as such things go, and only now moving out of its childhood.
